How to Apply for UESD Admission in Ghana

UESD Admission Requirements
Prospective applicants may want to check out the various UESD Courses available for admission. Once done, consider the entry requirements for UESD admission below:
Credit Passes in three (3) core English, core Mathematics and Integrated Science and any three elective subjects which should include at least one of the following: Economics; Geography; Mathematics; Biology; Chemistry, Physics and General Agriculture with an aggregate score of 24 or better.
2. WASSCE Applicants
At least a credit in core English, core Mathematics and Integrated Science, and any three elective subjects which should include at least one of the following: Economics; Geography; Mathematics; Biology; Chemistry Physics; Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and Crop Science with an aggregate score of 36 or better.
3. Diploma Applicants
Two-year Diploma holders from accredited tertiary institutions may be admitted into level 200 after passing an interview.
4. GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level Applicants
Credit in 5 subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) in GCE ‘O’ Level; and 3 passes at ‘A’ Level (grade D or better) and a pass in General Paper must also be obtained. Entry at level 100.
5. Mature Applicants
Mature Applicant must be 25 years and above with credit passes in SSSCE/WASSCE/’O’ Level including Mathematics and English Language; with relevant working experience and must also pass a written examination and an interview to be conducted by the University. Entry at level 100
6. Foreign Students
Foreign students will be admitted based on qualification from their home country and equivalence to be assessed by GTEC. Applicants from non-English speaking countries must show proof of proficiency in the English Language.

Applicants will be required to pay the following respective amount in order for their application to be processed:

How to Apply for UESD Admission Online
1. Log on to the portal: http://www.apps.uesd.edu.gh/admissions/
2. Enter your login credentials (with the Serial Number and PIN) on the E-Voucher
3. Follow steps on the Online Admission system to complete your application.
4. Enclose in an envelope, a printed copy of the completed online application form together with photocopies of your result slips and birth certificate / baptismal certificate.
